Patrick & Nancy Jones:
Patrick and Nancy are business owners in their mid-60s who began training at Fitness Results in October 2009. Between October and August 2010, Nancy lost an amazing 58 lbs. and Patrick has dropped 74 lbs!
 
Nancy lowered her body fat by 12% and is within high-normal range. Patrick lost 10% body fat and is mid-normal.
 
Nancy and Patrick have lost a combined 20 inches of their waist line. Patrick's pants size is now the same as when he was in high school. Nancy is now a size 6.

Karen Lee:
In 2006, my 16-year-old son Austin let me join his fitness training sessions with Lance. Austin had been training with Lance for two years; when I was invited to workout with them, I almost fell over with shock and excitement.
 
Since I have always felt it was important to maintain health but was not an avid fitness nut, I discussed my goals with Lance – mainly how I’d like to improve my strength and stamina. With Austin’s encouragement and Lance's professional guidance, I could see there was a lifetime change ahead.
 
My passion is to ride and show my Arabian horse, Nicholas. I practice riding in Texas, and then travel all over the United States for competitions February through October. The fitness goals I established in 2006 have proven to be a success and continue today. I am proud to share that in 2007 and 2008, I garnered the United States National Championships Title in Hunter Pleasure riding, and to have won unanimously in 2009 and 2010,at the prestigious Scottsdale Horse Park. Among those amazing rides are twenty regional wins. Wow!
 
When I am not with Nick riding somewhere, you can be sure to find me at the gym with Lance working on fitness goals. Just shy of 50 years old, and I’ve never felt better. My son has recently moved away to school, so now my husband, Wayne has starated training. A personal thank you to Lance, and everyone at Fitness Results, for changing my idea of fitness.
 

 
Worth George:
For several months now, I have been in fitness training with Lance. Here is a summary of my perspective on what he has done for me, as well as an evaluation of the Fitness Results facility.
 
Lance is extremely professional in his approach. Not only does he encourage me to go beyond what I initially thought I might do, but he shows me exactly how to lift a weight, handle a piece of equipment properly, or deal with movements and stretches so as not to produce injury.
 
Lance takes a sincere interest my progress and I feel that concern as we work together. He has helped me to challenge myself and stay positive about the progress I am making. Although he leads me to do more and better, I never sense that I have failed if I haven’t yet met all expectations. I am with him three days a week and as a result have become considerably stronger. Since I am 77, I’m surprised at how far I have come in a relatively short time.
 
Fitness Results is an ideal place for such individualized training, since the gym is not so large that one could be distracted or interrupted by other clients. It houses all the necessary equipment for various performance levels.
 
I recommend Fitness Results and Lance McCullough without reservation. Anyone fortunate enough to start training here will, I am confident, be pleased with the results.

I have always enjoyed different forms of exercise such as yoga, Pilates, running, walking, and weight training. But I never experienced such dramatic results as I have at Fitness Results training with Lance McCullough.
 
I started weight training with Lance to release stress, strengthen and tone my body, improve sleep, and have someone push me harder than I would push myself.
