Fitness Results offers a fully-equipped
private gym in Upland. This location is comparably equipped with
state-of-the-art equipment including Magnum's new bi-angular machines,
Matrix strength and cardio equipment, and Star Trac cardio equipment.
- Our location
allow us to serve clients who live or work in the west end of the
Inland Empire (Ontario, Upland, Rancho Cucamonga, Fontana and Montclair)
and the eastern part of Los Angeles County (Chino, Chino Hills, Diamond
Bar, La Verne, San Dimas, Glendora, West Covina, Azusa, Pomona and
Baldwin Park).
- Fitness Results Interactive
allows us to serve clients who are not within convenient driving
distance, who prefer to train at home, or whose schedule doesn't allow
regular visits (such as those who travel a lot).
- Wellness Results, our corporate wellness program, brings our fitness programs to the workplace.

Our Upland facility is
convenient for anyone who lives or works in Upland, Ontario, Rancho
Cucamonga, Alta Loma, Montclair, Chino, Chino Hills, Claremont, Fontana,
San Dimas, Glendora, Azusa, Walnut, La Verne, Pomona, Diamond Bar, West
Covina, and Baldwin Park.
Training appointments are
available Monday-Friday from 5:00 am to 10:00 pm. Trainers at Upland
include Jill McAlpin, Rodney Harris, Nick Hover and Lance McCullough (limited
basis).
