Fitness Boot Camp understands being part of a group of like minded people to help positively motivate each other to their goals is a powerful tool. Fitness Results Boot Camp is a fun, challenging and interactive way to work out, stay fit, and achieve your weight loss and fitness goals. Our Boot Camp is not military style, so No in-your-face screaming or negative feedback. Instead, it is a dynamic and high-energy workout routine performed in a group setting lead by a certified Personal Trainer.
Our Boot Camp is ideal for anyone who wants to lose weight, lose inches, reduce body fat percentage, tone up and/or improve overall health. Because our Boot Camp is ran inside our amazing facility we can tailor each work to fit all participants, no matter what level or age. We also offer a Sports Boot Camp specifically for athletes.

What to expect from Boot Camp:
Each work out you challenged you further than the previous, building up your stamina and strength. You will have fun, meet others with like goals and safely push your body to new limits. We design each Boot Camp to provide the safest workout that will achieve maximum results. All participants work at a safe intensity based on their current fitness level in an atmosphere of high motivation that is not intimidating.

How we get results:
Our boot camp uses an arsenal of tools to help you achieve your fitness goals, including
- Warm Up - Each Fitness Boot Camp session begins with a warm up to prepare you both physically and mentally for the day's workout.
- Cardiac Training - Each workout will elevate your heart rate safely for maximum calorie and fat burn.
- Resistance Weight Training - You will use your own body weight, Fitness Results state of the art equipment, medicine balls, and flexibility enhancing stretching exercises.
Your Boot Camp session does not begin until 'your' first day of actual exercise.
