Fitness Boot Camp

Welcome to Fitness Boot Camp

Fitness Boot Camp is a new, fun, interactive way to work out, stay fit, and achieve your weight loss and fitness goals. Our Boot Camp is not military style – no in-your-face screaming or negative feedback. Instead, it is a dynamic and high-energy workout routine performed in a group setting.

Boot Camp is ideal for anyone who wants to lose weight, lose inches, reduce body fat percentage, tone up and improve overall health. We have several versions of Boot Camp, including one for beginners and seniors; one for advanced training; and a sports boot camp specifically for athletes.

Classes and Times:

Morning Classes*
    
M-F 5:30-6:30 AM for $159
      or any three days in the morning for
$124.50              

Evening Classes*
    
M,W,F 6:30-7:30 PM for $124.50

What to expect from Boot Camp:

You'll be challenged, have fun, and see great results. We design each Boot Camp to provide the safest workout that will achieve maximum results. All participants work at a safe intensity based on their current fitness level in an atmosphere of high motivation that is not intimidating.

We guarantee that you will lose inches, reduce your body fat percentage and maximize safe weight loss or we will give you your money back!!

How we get results:

Our boot camp uses an arsenal of tools to help you achieve your fitness goals, including

  • Fitness Results Interactive. Our online resource for nutritional counseling, exercise videos and motivational tools.
  • Warm Up Period. Each Boot Camp session begins with a warm up period to prepare you physically and mentally for the  day's workout.
  • Cardiac Training. Each workout will elevate your heart rate safely for maximum calorie and fat burn.
  • Resistance Weight Training. Using your own body weight and a resistance band, stretching exercises will work on enhancing your flexibility.








To enroll in Boot Camp, pick the option that works best for you, then complete and return the Boot Camp Fitness Packet  . We'll contact you with information about when you can enter Boot Camp.
